Rainwater drainage for paved areas
- New and existing paving
- Falls, channels and inlets as needed
- Work coordinated with the paved surface
When a solution is needed
Where rainwater disrupts a paved area
Puddles on the surface
Water remains on a path, courtyard, driveway or car park rather than reaching an appropriate collection point.
Flow towards an entrance or garage
Rainwater moves towards an area where paving levels and collection need particular attention.
Pooling at an edge or junction
Water collects beside a kerb, building or adjoining surface where levels change.
A new paving project
The falls and drainage route can be considered before installation and included in the overall scope of work.

Choosing the solution
Plan the whole route the water will take
Surface falls
If the paving does not direct water where it needs to go, we consider the falls in a new surface or changes to an existing section.
Collection points
Depending on the site, channels, rainwater inlets or other elements connected to the paved area may be needed.
The onward route
Before work starts, we agree where collected water will go and which related tasks are included in our proposal.

Scope of work
Drainage as part of the paved area solution
- Assessing existing levels and the direction of water flow
- Forming or correcting falls in the paved surface
- Installing channels, inlets and other necessary collection elements
- Related work on the paving and base, including new installation or local relaying where required
- Connecting collection points to the agreed onward route within the project scope
How we work
From a drainage problem to an agreed plan
You get in touch
A phone number and email are enough – we will call and ask a few questions. If convenient, add the address or photographs straight away.
We clarify the task
We ask whether the paving is new or existing, where water gathers, what collection points are already on site and what result you need.
We assess the site
Where necessary, we inspect levels, junctions and the potential drainage route. In Riga and nearby areas, a site visit can be free, subject to a review of your enquiry. Visits elsewhere in Latvia are agreed individually.
We agree the quote and work
Our proposal sets out the elements, any related paving work, cost and timing. Our crew then completes the agreed scope.
We hand over the work
We explain what has been built and the boundaries of the solution on your site.
